If youHP printer is in an error state try restarting both your printer and computer. Check the printer’s connections—make sure it’s properly connected to Wi-Fi or via USB. Ensure the printer drivers are up-to-date. Clear any paper jams and check ink levels. You can also run the printer troubleshooter on your computer to resolve the issue. If the problem persists, contact HP support for further help.
