Hello, The Qatar Airways Perth Office was a relief from the crowd when our family was making preparations for our trip. We have flown with other carriers previously, but none of them have provided the level of personal and caring attention that we got here. The personnel spent time listening to our needs, assisted in dealing with our baggage, and made sure that the special needs of our children were also considered. They even offered suggestions about entertainment for the children on the flight. Each encounter was relaxed, friendly, and competent. They seemed as concerned about our comfort as we did. They treated our family not as another reservation, but with genuine interest and respect. From the check-in to the boarding tips, all was accomplished competently and with kindness. We genuinely felt appreciated as customers. We are now devoted Qatar Airways customers due to the wonderful assistance we got from the Perth office.
