Starting our family vacation off right was made possible by the refreshingly seamless flight we had with KLM Airlines ORD Terminal from Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD). Even though our group included grandparents and children, we were immediately struck by how well-planned and user-friendly everything felt when we first arrived at the station. The check-in counters for KLM were easily found, and the staff made sure we were all seated together while greeting us with friendly smiles and helpful advice. The station included hygienic facilities, comfortable waiting areas, and a range of food options suitable for everybody.
