Malegra, which contains the active ingredient Sildenafil, is commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). It works by increasing blood flow to the penis, helping to achieve and maintain an erection in men with ED. Additionally, Sildenafil, the active component of Malegra, is also used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It works in PAH by relaxing blood vessels in the lungs, lowering blood pressure in the pulmonary arteries, and improving the ability of the heart to pump blood. While Malegra can be effective for both conditions, it should only be used under medical supervision, as it can have side effects and may not be suitable for all patients.
