Hello, When I had to change a family vacation, the British Airways Stockholm Office did it in the best possible manner. Altering dates on an international flight is normally a hassle, but the personnel was extremely helpful. They laid out all the charges in detail, presented alternative routes, and gave me space to make up my mind without any pressure. What impressed me was their willingness to keep the new itinerary for 24 hours so that I could check with my family. The new tickets were issued without any hiccups, and I got an updated itinerary with full clarity on new flight terms. It's not easy to find such flexible service in a corporate environment. This office makes flexibility personal, not policy-driven. I would always prefer face-to-face modifications with them from now onwards.
