At the British Airways Austin Office I had an excellent experience. I had all my queries about my flight answered by the helpful and kind staff. Finding the office was simple, and I had to wait very little to talk to someone. They helped me modify my reservation and made the process easy and speedy. I was given excellent care, and the personnel made sure I understood everything. I'm rather pleased with the service I got overall and would suggest it to others.
