I recently traveled with United Airlines LHR Terminal and it was great. The experience of operation was pretty smooth because the terminal was clean, pretty well maintained, and pretty easy to use. All the staff members were polite and helpful; they answered all my questions and kept everything in order. The check-in was quick. The lines moved fairly okay, and the security procedure was well-structured. I had great access to seating in the waiting room area. I also appreciated the wonderful dining and shopping choices. The boarding process, handled by very attentive gate staff, was quick and smooth. I would be happy to take another United trip from LHR!
