Besides ticketing and customer service Spirit Airlines Atlanta Office provides elementary facilities to all the passengers. Experiences however vary. Some patrons complain about long periods of waiting and a lack of attentiveness while others will find the staff very welcoming and helpful. In keeping with Spirit's no-frills philosophy the office has few facilities so controlling expectations is very important. Typically one is forced to contact or send an e-mail directly to Spirit's customer service support instead of solely relying on in-person support for swift assistance.
