I recently stopped by the British Airways Kuala Lumpur office and my experience was very positive. The staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. My questions about flight changes and baggage were answered promptly, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I felt well taken care of and appreciated the excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend it!
