My experience at United Airlines MUC Terminal was positive. The terminal has good signage that made navigation simple, and it is modern and well-maintained. Security and check-in went well, and the personnel was welcoming and supportive. There were many of places to eat and shop, which was ideal for killing time until my trip. But during peak times, the seating sections felt a little crowded. In summary, my journey was comfortable and went smoothly. I'd take a United flight once more!
