I am a traveler and recently at the Spirit Airlines San Jose Office when I had questions, the staff was helpful and kind. I had no trouble finding my way around the office. I appreciate the prompt service, which enabled me to promptly resolve my ticket issues. The visit went well overall, and I was pleased with the assistance I received. I would suggest this location to anyone in need of Spirit Airlines assistance.
