My visit to the United Airlines Detroit Office was excellent. The personnel was courteous and quickly fixed my ticket issue. It was simple to locate assistance in the tidy and orderly office. The crew was able to communicate well despite the little pause. I was pleased with my overall experience and would suggest this agency to other travelers.
