However, because of its general price, two free checked baggage, and lack of change fees, Southwest is the best option for travelers on a tight budget. Although JetBlue offers superior comfort and amenities, Southwest is a better option for people who value affordability due to its flexibility and affordable prices. In the end, whether airline is better depends on your preference for either cost-saving flexibility (Southwest) or luxury (JetBlue).
