The Frontier Airlines PHX Terminal provided me with a seamless and effective experience in the Phoenix (PHX) Terminal. The process of checking in was made simple by the staff's friendliness and speed. There were no problems with baggage drop-off and security lines moved more quickly than anticipated. There was ample sitting at the terminal and food selections were easily accessible. The experience was stress-free since despite the packed terminal everything happened on schedule. My needs for a straightforward reasonably priced travel were perfectly met by Frontier's straightforward approach at PHX.
