I recently visited the British Airways Chicago Office in United States and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, helping me with my flight changes quickly and efficiently. The office was clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate. I appreciated the comfortable seating area while I waited. Overall, it was a positive visit, and I left feeling confident in my travel plans. Highly recommend for anyone needing assistance
