I have just flown with Southwest Airlines BOS Terminal The experience has been fantastic: check-in is brisk and fast, and friendly staff are willing to assist. Waiting areas for sitting as well as options for eating are within the categories considered suitable, thereby making it relatively comfortable waiting for one's flight. Clear signage about gates prevails. The flight took off right on schedule, and overall, traveling was pleasant. I will definitely opt for Southwest on my next outing out of BOS!
