Actually, I just recently went to the Singapore Airlines Malta Office and was left with a very great impression. The staff were warmly welcoming and helpful in dealing with my booking and queries about my travel. The place gives out a warm feel to your conversation, thus it is easy to get things discussed. Customer service seems to be their top priority, just like how the airline set its standards high. Would definitely go ahead and all the way-a very smooth travel planning experience!
