To update your Apple ID email address, follow these steps: First, go to iforgot.apple.com and sign in with your current Apple ID credentials. In the "Sign-In and Security" section, click Apple ID. Enter the new email address you want to use. Apple will send a verification code to this email. After entering the code, your Apple ID email will be updated. If you've forgotten your login details or need to reset your Apple ID, you can visit iforgot.apple.com to recover your account or reset your password. Remember to update your email settings on all your Apple devices.
