If you have your carpets cleaned with us and carpet protectant is applied, you will be entitled to 6 months of spot and spill service at no charge. After the cleaning you will be given a free bottle of spot remover. If you have a spill that turns into a spot, first try to remove it yourself using the supplied spot remover. If you are unable to remove the spot please give us a call to schedule the Spot and Spill Service at no charge to you.

Conditions: *You must attempt to remove the spot yourself using our complimentary spot remover ( follow the instructions on the bottle) * Allow one week for scheduling * Only accidental spots are covered , not over all traffic or normal soil, pet stains, dyes. bleach or acts beyond our control.
