My family and I were excited for our next trip as soon as we walked into the Swiss Airlines EWR Terminal. With helpful staff assisting us at every stage, the check-in procedure was smooth. My siblings and I strolled around the terminal, eating snacks and watching planes take off through the enormous windows, while my parents marveled at the efficiency. It was simple to unwind before our flight because of the lively yet orderly ambiance.
